Wire mesh filter discs are available in any size, metal type, or mesh count. We have a tremendous amount of stock tooling to cut virtually any size disc to fulfill your specific requirement. We also have the ability to offer several different methods of sealing the outer edge of all of our discs to prevent the mesh from fraying with the added benefit of a smoother more user-friendly outer edge.
Wire Mesh Filter Disc is multi-layer sintered wire cloth and stainless steel weaving wire cloth , with a rating range from 5 to 200micron, in a diameter from 10mm to 3000mm. Disc filters with multilayer sinered wire cloth as filter medium, enjoy good strength, accurate filter rating, long life-span and repeatedly cleaning.
